Sales director of a local estate agent for 5 years on Tyldesley high street, He attended local school Fred Longworth and has lived in Atherton all his life and is a friendly, familiar face in the industry. 

When he isn't using his  extensive local knowledge to value homes Dean can be found hiding from DIY projects at the snooker club or spending weekends with Chelsea and his daughter Bella.

Director / Marketing 

Having lived in Tyldesley all of her life she has worked as an agent on Tyldesley high street for almost a decade. No one knows the area and the local market better. She is always on hand to make sure your property is presented in the best possible way to the largest online audience. 

Outside of the office she likes to keep Dean on his toes with home DIY projects.

Head of Sales Progression

Extensive local knowledge with in excess of 15 years experience in all aspects of property sales within the Leigh, Atherton, Astley and Tyldesley areas. Passionate about making each customers house move as exciting and enjoyable as possible. 

Ashley can usually be found with one hand in the celebrations tin at most times throughout the day. 

Lettings and Property Managment 

Before joining in October 2022 to head up our lettings Gabriella worked as a letting's negotiator for over 4 years.  Gabriella retains a high level of service, and she always produces exceptional results for our customers. She is fully aware of how stressful letting a property can be and you won't meet a more calm and collected person to help you through the process! 

Property Consultant 

Having previously worked as a manager for over ten years, she has high standards when it comes to ensuring that our clients are looked after.  Amanda understand that moving house can be a stressful process and strives to provide a personal and friendly approach to our clients. 

Outside of work Amanda enjoys keeping up with her 5 year old's busy schedule! 

Property Consultant

Since joining Higham EA Ellise has thrived in her sales and lettings role. She loves the variety the job presents and enjoys meeting different people on a daily basis, helping them achieve the home of their dreams. 

Outside of work Ellise's active lifestyle is ran by her two puppies Archie and Cooper.

Jack is our award winning professional photographer. Professional Photography is becoming an ever important part of marketing. It can be the difference between a Property getting viewings or being dismissed because of poorly taken, low quality photography. Jack uses his experience & creativity to create visually interesting photographs that attract the clients you are looking for. Outside of his busy schedule Jack enjoys exploring the world - with his camera in hand of course! 

The real boss 

The boys are regular faces at Higham HQ and we certainly know when they arrives, they may be small but knows how to make an entrance. Henry offers a free guide of Astley & Tyldesley and can show you all of his favourite spots he walks with his grandad.

Outside of work they both like to nap in front of the fire with their favourite toy, the sausage!
